2568952 - Variable value(s) cannot be retrieved at APPLICATION level events, by any APIs

The correspondent business scenario, from the technical point of view, requires a Design Studio/Lumira Designer Application to be built. For some reason, it is needed to catch the Variable value(s) at the APPLICATION level events point of time (such as "On Startup", "On Variable Initialization", "On Before Prompts Submit"), by scripting APIs like getVariableValueExt, or getVariableValueText.

For some reason, the Returned Value of the mentioned APIs is empty. 

It happens only with Variables, which are not Input-enabled. Typical use-cases are the Customer/SAP Exit Variables, or Replacement Path Variables.
