2568958 - Upgrade fails due to unresolved dependencies: xmlhardener not found in the admitted batch items and the repository

During an upgrade to SAP NetWeaver 7.4 some of the software components cannot be deployed due to a missing dependency.

• The SUM log file DEPLOOY-COMPONENTS_nn.LOG recorded the following entries:

Deployment of archive /<local SCA repository path>/EPBASISAPI15_0-20009955.SCA --> sap.com~tc~epbc~pcd~transport.sda for component sap.com/tc~epbc~pcd~transport is rejected because it does not pass the validation check.
