2569068 - DSN: Working place closed SIRET

Symptom

You need to produce DSN for employees that left the company ("interessement" related amounts). These employees had a working place different from their organizational assignment. A block 85 appears in the DSN but the working place is a SIRET that is now closed. As a result, the DSN is rejected with message B1-208-02.
