2569230 - error "((DFH) File 'EX0000XX.00X' not found.." happens in upgrade phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT2

Using SUM to upgrade the SAP system and stuck in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT2 with the following error messages.
