2569243 - Mass Action Increase not available in Executive Review - Compensation

Option to increase is not available when using Mass Action under Executive Review.

1. Navigate to compensation tab from the home page dropdown
2. Open executive review for the required template
3. Click on mass action and note it is not possible to select increase from the action dropdown

In Compensation Home > Plan Setup > Plan Details > Budget > Budget Rule: "Allow Exceed" is set to disallow.

When allowExceed is set to disallow, it is not possible to perform a mass increase action. This behavior is by design. Budgets may be allocated differently across individual worksheets, whereas the executive review displays only the total budget. Because the total may not be proportionally allocated to each worksheet, allowing a mass increase could result in inconsistencies. Therefore, mass increase actions are disabled when allowExceed is set to disallow.
