Resolution

  • We can get to know the workflow ID that is triggered by hovering your mouse pointer over the workflow request page on action type sentence as shown below:

  • A tool tip will display the workflow triggered
  • In the example above, the workflow externalCode is NameChange - This is the actual workflow that is triggered for the action
