2569425 - ChaRM: No active cycle for Task List during generate transport request - Standalone Retrofit

You are using Standalone Retrofit. And You completely Closed the Cycle for Implementation Landscape and created a new Cycle with new task list.

When trying to create a Transport Request in your DEV system and assign it to new Implementation Cycle, you met following error:

 Here, the tasklist is the old task list ID for old Implementation Cycle
