2569482 - Not able to maintain the field as mandatory - always returns to the original setting

Symptom

You try to set some fields as mandatory in the following path. However, after saving, the setting changes to the original setting automatically.
SPRO -> Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings -> Field Groupings
