1.  Go to Manage Pending Hire
2.  Select Hire for the candidate
3.  Fill the required fields
4.  From Personal Information to Job Information you will receive application error

•  Position that is coming from Onboarding/Recruiting is already assigned to an existing user in the system, Employee Central does not allow the same Position code for the new candidate being hired.

1. Go to Manage Positions in Admin Center
2. Search for the Position and check if it has vacancy as YES or if allow to have multiple incumbents

  If not, then you can try the following solutions:

• Set the option Allow multiple incumbent in the position to Yes.
• Change in the requisition the Position value to a new one that is available
• Remove the Position information from Recruiting/Onboarding

   Note:  Engineering team is currently working to provide a friendly message instead of this application error, it should be applied for future releases.
