2569596 - Integrate 2 HCM instances with 1 LMS instance

Symptom

Is it possible to integrate more than one HCM instance to the same LMS instance, or vice versa?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

It's not possible to integrate the same HCM tenant to more than one LMS tenant, as it will lead to errors. The system is not designed to work in this way.

The integration will only work correctly as a 1:1 setup.
