2569648 - Audit Time Stamp using UTC time zone after entering plan data

Symptom

Your system's timezone is set to e.g UTC+3 and you enter the planning data through an input ready query (e.g using Analysis for Office).
When checking the data in transaction LISTCUBE, the audit time stamp is showing the UTC time instead of UTC+3.
