You are not able to see the External Pricing Activity in the Fine Tuning.

1. Go to Business Configuration workcenter.
2. Select Implementation Project view.
3. Open Activity List.
4. Search for External Pricing under Fine Tuning.

This activity is not available.

Required Questions are not scoped in the Business Configuration.

Follow below steps to scope relevant Scoping Questions:

1. Go to Business Configuration workcenter.
2. Select Implementation Project view.
3. Edit Implementation Project.
4. Go to Questions.
5. Select the following:
   >Communication and Information Exchange 
   >Integration with External Applications and Solutions
   >Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes
6. Select below Questions as per your requirement:
   >Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales orders in your cloud solution?
