You are using Advanced Shipment scenario for the Service Order Spare Parts. You have completed the Service Order but you have not used all the Pre-Delivered Spare Parts in the Service Order. The unused Spare Parts are visible in the Stock Overview, but it is not assigned any Logistics Area. You are therefore not able to use these Spare Parts in any other Warehouse Process.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to the Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Select Stock Overview from Common Tasks.
3. In the Stock Overview screen, enter the product ID of the Spare Part in the search field Product ID and choose the Go button.
The system is showing the unused Spare Parts but Stock is not assigned to any Logistics Area.
In case of Advance Shipment or Pre-Delivered scenario of Service Order Spare Parts, once the Outbound Delivery is released, the Stock will be moved to your Customer's Account used in the Service Order. Such Stock has Stock Type as Pre-Delivered. Since it is physically present at customer's place, it is not assigned to any Logistics Area. Once the Service Engineer performs the Service Confirmation, this Stock is reduced by the quantity entered in the Service Confirmation.
However, in case Service Engineer does not use all Pre-Delivered Spare Parts, then it will remain in customer's place. That is why Stock Overview is showing it without any Logistics Area assignment.
You need to ship back the unused Spare Parts to your Warehouse using New Parts Returns Notification. New Parts Returns Notifications is available in Inbound Logistics work center under Common Tasks. After completing the Inbound Delivery Process for this Notification, the Stock will move to your Site and hence will be assigned to a Logistics Area.
