2569754 - Fiori App shows data only for some users

Symptom

  • When using a fiori app you notice that only some users can see data even though roles are correctly configured.
  • Using the gateway client you test the relevant service for the app and you receive the following error:
    <message xml:lang="en">RFC Error: User or password incorrect for target system</message>
  • When attempting to remote login to the backend system using the relevant service, you receive the following error:
    "No authorization to log via a trusted system (L-RC=1 T-RC=0)"
