SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

When managing calibration sessions in Admin Center > Manage Calibration Sessions, the Search By Filter option is selected by default under the People tab:

Here you can filter employees by Division, Department, Location and Custom filters, or use other identifiers to search for employees to add as participants or subjects in the target session.

Default fields that cannot be removed from Search By Filter:

• Divisions;
• Departments;
• Locations;
• Custom fields (custom01 to custom15).

It is not possible to configure other standard fields in the Search by Filter section, only the default standard fields (Division, Department, Location) and custom fields. See the Calibration Admin Guide for further information: Creating a Calibration Session: People tab

To add or remove custom filters, go to Manage Business Configuration > Filters > Custom Filters > calibration > add Customizable Fields (custom01-custom15) as standard elements > click Save.

NOTE: Any custom field added as filter will be shown in Filter Options tab for all calibration sessions.
