2569827 - Fiori UI On Firefox Browser Not Properly Rendering The View

Symptom

When you open the Fiori UI on Firefox Browser the view e.g. Accounts is not properly presented. Fields are out of order.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. When you open your tenant on Firefox Browser.
  2. Go to Customers Work Center.
  3. Open Accounts.
  4. You will notice that the UI is improperly rendered and displayed. 

Cause

Firefox is not supported for Fiori interface.

Resolution

This is currently the system expected behavior. You can find this information in our SAP Help.

In section Minimum System and Software Requirements, SAP Cloud for Customer, Fiori Client for Desktops and Laptops you will be able to find the supported browsers.
