2569833 - PDF Icon for Outbound Delivery is Missing in The Document Flow

Symptom

You enter the document flow of for example a Customer Invoice or an Outbound Delivery and encounter a missing PDF icon for the Outbound Delivery.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter any Customer Invoice with an Outbound Delivery or the Outbound Delivery itself.
  2. Click on View All in top-right corner.
  3. Navigate to the facet Document Flow.
  4. In this example you see that the PDF icon is missing for the Outbound Delivery, while it is available for the Sales Order.

Cause

The PDF icon will only be displayed when the Outbound Delivery status is set to successful. In the screenshot above you can see that the status is on released but not on successful.

Resolution

Set the status of the Outbound Delivery to successful and the PDF icon will be displayed in the Document Flow.
