2569837 - "Error when calling Web Service" when running ARBFND_FETCH_CXML_MESSAGES_NEW

Symptom

You are using Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite SAP ERP add-on. You run ARBFND_FETCH_CXML_MESSAGES_NEW and you get error "Error when calling Web Service". In application log transaction SLG1, the error details show "SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 200 : Apple")".
