2569846 - Double Line Space in External Note

Symptom

When you have a list and use bullet points, the line spacing is simple, however, when you just press enter, the lane spacing seems to be double.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
  3. Open sales quote XXX (XXX represents the sales order ID).
  4. Go to the Products tab.
  5. Click on Edit button.
  6. Go to the External Note section.
  7. Notice the below behavior:
    Simple.png
    Double.png

Cause

The system considers it as a paragraph break, if you type enter button.

Resolution

If you want just to break the line, and not the paragraph, you will have to press shift button and then enter.

So your text will be like the below:
