2569874 - SAP Jam User Profile menu missing

Symptom

The Profile Menu is missing in SAP Jam. There is a new icon on the menu bar which appears to direct users to the Profile page.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to SAP Jam
  3. Click on the the Profile icon from the menu bar

Resolution

The new icon was added when Online Presence was shipped and was set to replace the "Profile" link on the release of R452-Oct 26.
