Customer is trying to upgrade the ''Enhanced Calibration Matrix Grid' in their environment.System states that they have permissions that are required to perform the upgrade, however when click on View Permission details, receiving a message saying 'The system is still updating your permission settings and we cannot currently display the details. Please try back in a few minutes'

Customer is unable to upgrade the 'Enhanced Calibration Matrix Grid' if they don't have the Calibration licensed for your instance.
Resolution
Customer needs to buy the calibration module inorder to use this feature.
