2569905 - Incorrect Rating is getting displayed in PM form after uploading the ratings

In the Summary Section of the PM form,incorrect rating is displayed when the final ratings are upload via csv.

Performance Management

-Upload the rating-4 for the summary section of the PM form via csv

-In the summary section of the PM form,star rating is displaying as 3.

-Here you can see that 5 points rating scale is used in the summary section of the PM form and the rating uploaded as 4.

-But only 3 star is greyed out and total only 4 star is displaying.

-However,the description of the uploaded rating (4)appears correctly.

Unrated Rating Label is not set in the PM template.Due to which,this inconsistency in the rating scale happens.

Set a unrated rating label.

Then also make sure the default rating label in msgkey is not blank.
