2570018 - Forms launched but not visible on Inbox - Performance Management

• Unable to launch PM forms for a particular template;
• I get the document creation notification about the forms launched but there's no PM forms in the Inbox.

SAP Success Performance Management

1. Launch the PM forms in Admin Center > Launch Form tool
2. See that the Document Creation Notifications e-mails are being received.
3. However, when checking the target users PM forms Inbox there are no forms there.

PM forms are getting created for other templates but not for a specific template.This indicates that there are invalid configuration in the affected template due to which system couldn't launch the PM forms.Below could be the reasons:

• Inactive Rating scale or route linked to the PM form template.
• Section weght values are missing from the PM Template.

For eg:

• Linked the active rating scale and routemap to the PM form template
• Add the section weight as 0.0 (or as per your requirements) and proceed with launch.

Expected:

< sect-weight-4-objcomp-summary>0.0</sect-weight-4-objcomp-summary>
