2570379 - Text in Talent Card does not reflect changes made in Text Replacement tool

A term or phrase has been changed in Text Replacement tool, or 3-tier Language Pack customization, and the Talent Card does not reflect the changes.

NOTE: Changes to labels in the three-tier language pack are done within the back-end of the instance and are done by your implementation partner or professional services.

1. Navigate to Admin Centre > Tool Search > Text Replacement
2. Changes are applied to term/phrase. For example, "Manager" changed to “Renamed Manager” 
   
3. The changes appear as expected in other parts of the system:
   

4. The changes are not seen in the Talent Card

   

The labels in the Talent Card are hard coded in the system and currently cannot be changed through text replacement or through 3-tier Language Pack customization. This is current system behaviour.

The Talent Card does not currently support label customizations. If you would like to be able to customize the labels in the Talent Card, please consider submitting an enhancement request in the Customer Influence portal.
