2570474 - Calibration Rating not appearing on Employee profile page

Symptom

Calibration ratings are not showing under the Performance and Potential blocks.

Environment

All HCM SuccessFactors version.

Reproducing the Issue

Go to People Profile page and check the Performance and Potential block. Only Live profile ratings are showing

Cause

The issue could be linked to the Calibration Template configuration (As you can see below one of the template is not used in Talent Profile)

Resolution

1 - Go to Manage Calibration Template and enable the option "Used in Talent Profile"

2 - Go back to People Profile, you can now see that the Ratings  from the Calibration session were added in the portlet.
