2570571 - SUM DMO error at phase EU_CLONE_MIG_UT_EXP

Symptom

When upgrading with SUM DMO method, SUM stops at phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_MIG_UPTIME_EXP/EU_CLONE_MIG_UT_EXP.

Checking MIGRATE_UT_00001_SVERS_EXP.LOG, below is a sample:
