2570744 - Unable to scan bar code using SAP Fiori Client with Windows 10 - FC

When using the standard SAP Fiori client ( downloaded from SAP Fiori Client, https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/sap-fiori-client/9wzdncrd2c40 ),   
the bar-code scanner works for IOS/Android, but not for Windows 10 (even though it says it is for mobile and Windows 10).

Using the Standard UI5 Control for Barcode scan – “sap.ndc.BarcodeScanner”,
this does not trigger the camera to scan in Windows 10 tablet (but works in mobile IOS & Android).
Also tried with Cordova plugin for Barcode scan – “cordova.plugins.barcodeScanner.scan”.
This also does not work with Windows 10, but works with iOS and Android.
