How to make a non-working day (e.g Saturday) as a working day for an employee in Time Off?

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off
Reproducing the Issue
- As per Work Schedule, employees work 5 days a week. (For Example: Monday - Friday Working Day. Saturday and Sunday are non working days);
- The requirement is to set one non-working day (say Saturday) as a working day.
Resolution
To make the changes for individual employee, it can be done via Temporary Work Schedule. Refer:
- Temporary Work Schedule
- Temporary Change of Work Schedule and Planned Working Time (New Work Schedule UI)
For changes to multiple employee via import:
- Create a Work Schedule with only one day as a working day.
- Admin Center -> Import and Export Data -> Import Temporary Time Information for all relevant employees by assigning the created Work Schedule. (Refer screenshot of the object below)
- Refer Temporary Time Information for details of the object.
NOTE:
- If this is a non-working day via Holiday Calendar:
- You may remove the holiday from the Holiday Calendar and create a Recalculation event as well (Refer 2328948 - How To Recalculate Leave Balances When Holiday Calendar Is Updated?) OR
- Use Temporary Holiday Calendar OR
- If Time Tracking License is enabled, Temporary Holiday Calendar can be created by employee. Refer Creating a Temporary Work Schedule as an Employee
