2571025 - Permission denied: you do not have the READCLIENTFILE authority needed - SAP IQ

Symptom

When using LOAD TABLE with the CLIENT FILE option, the following error occurs:

Could not execute statement. -- Permission denied: you do not have the READCLIENTFILE authority needed -- to initiate transfer of data from the client machine by using -- "read_client_file()" -- SQLCODE=-121, ODBC 3 State="42000" -- File: "my_data_file.txt" on line 11, column 1

The option PUBLIC.ALLOW_READ_CLIENT_FILE is set to 'ON'

SYS_AUTH_READFILECLIENT_ROLE has been granted to PUBLIC
