2571143 - Tax amount is not Displayed in Purchase Order Cancellation Form

The tax amount is not available in the Purchase Order cancellation form

1. Go to Purchase requests and Orders work center
2. Select view Purchase Orders
3. Select a cancelled Purchase Order
4. Select View All
5. Select Preview and select the cancellation form
6. Tax amount is not available in cancellation form

The Purchase order cancellation form does not have any tax field

If there is any such field in customer system, then it is a customized form and has to be checked by form creator
