A non-DBA user that attempts to log in to IQ Cockpit will not be able to authenticate the server in IQ Cockpit, and will not be able to view any objects on the server. Non-DBA users can not use IQ Cockpit, even to perform tasks that they have permissions to do, such as generating DDL on table objects.
