2571394 - When creating New Equipment the Assigned Location does not filter results based on selected Facility

When Admin is creating a new equipment entity, after the Facility is selected to link to the equipment, the Assigned Location search still shows all Locations linked to all facilities.

1. Within LMS Administration, navigate to References > Physical Resources > Equipment > Add New
2. Enter Required Fields (Equipment ID and Domain)
3. Select Facility you wish to link the Equipment to
4. Then click the magnifying glass icon next to the field Assigned Location
5. Notice that the opened Locations search will still list all the Locations for all Facilites and not only the ones for the selected Facility

This is confirmed to be the intended system design.
