2571520 - Database consistency check fails with ORA-00980

Symptom

Executing a consistency check on the oracle database results in many messages like this:

BR0301E SQL error -980 in thread 2 at location stats_tab_validate-2, SQL statement:
'ANALYZE TABLE "SYSTEM"."LOGMNR_PROPS$" VALIDATE STRUCTURE CASCADE ONLINE'
ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid
BR0893E Validating structure failed for table/cluster SYSTEM.LOGMNR_PROPS$

...

'ANALYZE TABLE "SYS"."STREAMS$_APPLY_SPILL_MSGS_PART" VALIDATE STRUCTURE CASCADE ONLINE'
 ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid
 BR0893E Validating structure failed for table/cluster SYS.STREAMS$_APPLY_SPILL_MSGS_PART
