How to restrict negative balance for different employees when all of them are using the same Time Account Type?

• Employees and HRs are having the same Time Account Type. Therefore, they have the same Balance Cannot Fall Below value in the Time Account Type.
• Need to restrict employees from going to negative balance upto a certain limit. For example, employees can go only -5 and HR can go -10.
• The balance cannot fall below is set as -10 at the Time Account Type level and this will allow HRs as well as employees to go upto -10 negative balance. This needs to be restricted for employees.
