2571732 - Visit Duration and Preparation Time is Wrong

You create a route for visits to several customers, with a preparation time of 10 minutes and a duration of 10 minutes. But when you generate the visits from the route, all visits have a duration and preparation of 1 hour.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
2. Go to the Routes view.
3. Create a new route.
4. Add Proposed Visits to the route.
5. Go to the More Details tab and change the duration and the preparation time to 10 minutes.
6. Save the Route.
7. Click Actions > Activate.
8. Click Actions > Generate Visits.

Result: Each Visit has a duration and preparation time of 1 hour instead of 10 minutes each.

The duration and preparation time was changed after the visits have been added, therefore the default time of 1 hour has been used for the duration and preparation time of the visits.

Change the time to the desired duration before you add the Proposed Visits and the correct time will be used to create the visits.

1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
2. Go to the Routes view.
3. Create a new route and open it.
4. Go to the More Details tab and change the duration and the preparation time to 10 minutes.
5. Add Proposed Visits to the route.
6. Save the Route.
7. Click Actions > Activate.
8. Click Actions > Generate Visits.
