2571850 - "Anonymize Candidate Profiles" not appearing in Admin Center - Recruiting Management

"Anonymize Candidate Profiles" is not appearing in Admin Centre.

2. Try search for "Anonymize Candidate Profiles"
3. No result will be seen

There might be a few reasons for this, as listed below:

• The DPCS 2.0 is not enabled
• The status "Delete On Demand By Admin" is not enabled
• Missing the RBP permission "Anonymize Candidate Profiles"

• To enable DPCS 2.0, please engage your implementation partner. See the KBA 2341240
• To enable Delete On Demand By Admin, you need use the Applicant Status Set tool and configure the status for the pipeline
• You need to grant the Anonymize Candidate Profiles RBP permission using the permission tool

Note: There is currently no way to Mass Delete/Anonymize Candidates. The feature only allows a single candidate to be deleted/anonymized at once. This is a product limitation. (KBA 2090228)
