2571871 - Serial number field is not displayed when defect is recorded in transaction QE01/QF01 [VIDEO]

Symptom

Defect is recorded for an inspection lot, an operation or a characteristic in transaction QE01 or QF01.

On "Defect overview: Change" screen, column Serial Number (field name: QFAAI-SERIALNR) is not displayed, although serial numbers exist for the inspection lot.
