Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management used to create Rail Freight Orders (FOs) and Railcar Units.
  • In the Railcar Details subtab for a Railcar Item in the Items tab, there is a Resource entry field and "Interior Length/Width/Height UoM" and "Maximum Length/Width/Height/UoM"
  • In the Transportion Resource Master (transaction /SCMTMS/RES01) when viewing a resource of Resource Class that is Railcar (04), there are different length/width/height measurements.
  • Which Railcar resource dimension measurements correspond to the Rail FO or Railcar Unit Cargo Information Railcar item dimensions?
