2571931 - SAP IQ 16 - How to set the default location of the odbc.ini for system DSNs

Symptom

When trying to connect to an system dsn located in the /etc/odbc.ini the following error is generated.

 /usr/bin/isql -v IQ16 USR PWD                                                
[08004][unixODBC][Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]Parse error: DSN 'IQ16' does not exist
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect
