2571938 - Prices tab/ Net Price /Gross Price are missing in Purchase Order

You are creating a new purchase order and add the material XYZ(represents material Id) under the Items tab. However, the sub-tab Prices is not visible.

 or

You are creating a new purchase order however the Gross Price field does not display under items section.

or

Fields Net Price and Gross Price are missing when you create a new purchase order.

SAP Business Bydesign

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center
2. Select the New Purchase Order link under the Common Tasks section
3. Select View All and navigate to Items tab
4. Select Add Row and enter the Material details
5. Gross Price fields does not show in Items table
6. Also Prices sub-tab is not visible under Items tab

Currency in the purchase order document under the General tab is missing.

Enter the Currency in the purchase order document under the General tab  then all Prices related tabs and fields will be visible in Purchase order.

also to automatically populate currency in purchase order follow below steps.

1. Go to Supplier Base work center.
2. Show Suppliers view.
3. Select the supplier you input in the purchase order.
4. Navigate to Purchasing page.
5. Maintain purchase order currency.
6. Save and close. (Activate if possible.)
