2571967 - Disable Recruit Button from Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Customer would like to disable Recruiting Button From Manage Pending Hires .
  • Customer requested to have only Onboarding 1.0 Button in Manage Pending Hires.

Environment

SAP SucessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

  1. If we disable below option in provisioning--company setting then recruiting button will not appear in MPH
  2. Recruiting — requires “Question Object Management” and “Version 11 UI framework (ULTRA)”
  3. If you are using External ATS -ONB-EC then there is no issue in disabling above switch BUT if you are using RCM then above switch has certain dependencies in RCM.
