2572009 - XSAC_MONITORING installation ends with error "Application with xsappname admin already exists"

After setup XSA environment, you have installed software component XS Advanced Monitoring (also called XS Advanced Admin Tools) in one space. Then you install it again in another space. The installation ends with error like following:
