2572020 - Creating a HTTP destination - file is already opened

While creating a http destination from PI java to another system, an internal error occurres during storing the specific destination of type HTTP:

"file "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/security/data/SecStore.properties" is already open.. " 

In default trace the followings are logged:
