The rule requirement is that:
- If an employee wants to apply a particular leave, he/she can apply only 3 days from today.
- If an employee wants to apply leave in the past, he/she can apply leaves for the days before 3 days from today.

Reproducing the Issue
- Scenario 1:
Today is 11th Dec 2017, employee can apply leave only from 14th Dec 2017. If he/she applies leave for 11th, 12th or 13th Dec 2017, the system should trigger an error message.
- Scenario 2:
Today is 15th Dec 2017, employee can apply past leave only for the days before 12th Dec 2017. If he/she applies for leave on 13th, 14th or 15th Dec 2017, the system should throw an error message.
Resolution
The below rule can be configured to meet the requirement:
