2572133 - ATO TFN Form Update -1711 Release Onboarding

Customer reported that the ATO TFN form maintained in SF is not correct and not in compliance with ATO.

Please do note there are two acceptable TFN forms at this time.

1. Self-Print (NAT 74911)

a. It is used by the software providers to extract data from the system and populate these fields
b. It is generated by the Software (Any software)
c. You can get this form by clicking the following link.
https://softwaredevelopers.ato.gov.au/TFNselfprintspecification

2. Printable by Employees in a box format (NAT 3092)
a. If the employee is not comfortable in using either the self-print or for some other reasons than this form can be downloaded by employee and fill up and send it to ATO.
b. You can get this form by clicking the following link
https://www.ato.gov.au/Forms/TFN-declaration/

 It is true that both are different NAT but both are correct. SAP/SFSF has also confirmed this on 11/17/2017 with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) as well
