2572227 - Show Me Author permission not appearing in RBP settings

Show Me Author isn't appearing in Role-Based Permission settings after activating it through Upgrade Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to the Role-Based Permission settings;
2. Click on "Manage Permission Roles";
3. Select the respective role you'd like to grant the permission to this feature;
4. Into the Role, click on the "Permission" button;
5. Go to the "Manage System properties";
6. The "Show Me Author" option isn't there.

1. At first, it's necessary to reset the "Disable Media Service Features" configuration in Cloud Support Provisioning system.
1. For this, you can go through one of the following ways:
1. Raise a new ticket under the LOD-SF-PLT-SHW component as per the KBA 1296527, or;
2. Engage a Support Engineer using the Chat as per the KBA 2213344 (easier and quicker way).
2.  Log out and log in at the Instance again;
3.  Go to "Company Settings & Logo Settings";
4.  Reset the "Show Me Author" option (disable - save - enable - save again);

Now, the Show Me Author feature must be available to be granted in RBP settings. 

To ensure this, go through the following steps:

1. Go to the "Manage Permission Roles" section at the Role-Based Permission settings;
2. Select the role granted to the user that may aren't able to access the feature;
3. Click on the "Permission" button;
4. Ensure the below feature is granted to the Role:

After perform those steps, the Show Me Author feature should be properly accessible to the user.
