2572272 - Edit Locally does not work on Chrome and Firefox

Symptom

Trying to open a document in Knowledge Management (KM) with Edit Locally using Chrome, Firefox or 64-bit Internet Explorer (IE), the document won't be opened.

Only "Loading..." can be seen in the browser

The following functionalities don't work either in KM using Chrome and Firefox:

  • Multiple File Upload
  • XML Forms Builder
