2572327 - Change Language is not available under Options menu

Under Options, Change Language option is missing as screenshot below:

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Logon to the instance;
2. Click the dropdown on the top right & select Options
3. Language tab missing;

The "Change Language" option is not displayed when Language Packs are not enable in provisioning and when the user is proxying as another.

Not having the Change Language under options, have two reasons:

• If you are doing proxy, you need to "Become yourself" and then go to options (Change Language is not available when proxying).
• If you are not doing proxy, ensure you have the Language Packs feature (from screenshot below) enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings:
