When creating a report to contain custom columns for curricula, the following tables can be referenced:
PA_USRCL_QUAL > Stores the custom column details.
PA_USRRF_QUAL > Stores the user referenced custom columns details
PA_QUAL_USER > Stores custom column details used by a curricula
