2572471 - CompondEmployee not returning actions when they have the same last_modified_date

While querying the CompoundEmployee API with "queryMode=delta" actions such as DELETE or CHANGE are not shown

An entry is deleted/changed and another is added for the same day. Afterwards, the CompoundEmployee query is made in Delta mode ["queryMode=delta"]

The 'Delta' mode compares the current data with the data of the last_modified_date. If the queries made for INSERT or CHANGE have the same last_modified_date [1st January for example] it is still an INSERT because since the 1st of January the employee was inserted.

In order for the changes to be seen, the last_modified_date must be aligned.
